Where we deliver
Every serviceable pincode in India. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partner our checkout will tell you before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, go out on the next working day.
Delivery time
Metro cities typically three to four working days. Other cities and towns four to six. Remote and north-eastern pincodes can take seven to nine.
Shipping charges
Free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 anywhere in India. No surcharge by region.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed and texted when your parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not moved for 72 hours, tell us and we will chase it.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery three times. If all three fail the parcel returns to us and we refund the order value minus the actual return shipping cost.
Packaging
Bottles ship in recyclable outer cartons with compostable void fill. No bubble wrap, no plastic pillows.
International orders
We do not currently ship outside India. Email us if you would like to be told when that changes.
